Professional Meditation Guide
Alongside my work as a Vedic astrologer, I am a professional meditation guide. For years I have learned and taught meditation, breathwork (pranayama) and mantra practice to people who want a calmer, clearer and more grounded life.
Whether you are completely new to meditation or deepening an existing practice, I offer gentle, personalized guidance matched, when you wish, to your birth chart and current planetary period. Meditation is the quiet foundation beneath every remedy I recommend. It steadies the mind, strengthens intention, and helps you walk your karma with awareness rather than fear.
My spiritual journey has been shaped by years of dedicated practice and the wisdom of many wonderful teachers. I learned the deep stillness of Vipassana from S.N. Goenka, and explored dynamic practices like Dance meditation, Yog Mudra, Anhad Naad, and Third Eye meditation through the teachings of Osho Rajneesh. I also developed a strong foundation in breathwork and conscious relaxation, learning Sudarshan Kriya and Yog Nidra from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, alongside traditional Pranayama techniques from Swami Ramdev. In addition to this incredible guidance, I received invaluable personal coaching from Pandit Vipin Chandar. All of these diverse teachings combined with years of personal daily practice and a deep love for studying classical texts have enriched my life and formed the heart of the holistic approach I share today.
Guided Meditation: This practice involves listening to a teacher or audio recording that leads you through specific visualizations or relaxation techniques. It is an excellent starting point for beginners because the external voice acts as an anchor to prevent the mind from wandering.
Vipassana Meditation: Meaning "to see things as they really are," this ancient practice focuses on deep self observation through systematic, head to toe body scanning. By observing physical sensations without reacting to them, practitioners learn to detach from mental conditioning and recognize the impermanent nature of reality.
Yog Nidra Meditation: Often referred to as "yogic sleep," this technique guides you into a profound state of conscious relaxation that hovers right on the border between waking and sleeping. It systematically unwinds physical, mental, and emotional tension, allowing for deep, restorative rest while you maintain full internal awareness.
Anhad Naad Meditation: This advanced yogic practice involves turning your focus entirely inward to listen for the subtle, "unstruck sound" (Anhad Naad) vibrating within the body. It requires intense concentration to tune out all external noise, eventually drawing the mind into a state of profound, thoughtless absorption.
Self Awareness Meditation: This approach centers on observing your current state of being including your passing thoughts, emotions, and physical presence in real time without passing judgment. The primary goal is to cultivate a steady, detached witnessing presence that remains undisturbed by internal mental chatter or external events.
Mantra Chanting to Meditation Stage: This method begins with the rhythmic, repetitive vocal chanting of a specific word or phrase to forcefully concentrate the wandering mind. As the practice deepens, the physical act of speaking drops away, leaving only the silent mental vibration of the mantra to carry you into a deeply absorbed meditative state.
Dancing to Meditation Stage: Practices like ecstatic dance or Sufi whirling utilize intense, repetitive physical movement to exhaust the active, analytical parts of the brain. Once the body is completely surrendered to the rhythm and motion, the ego naturally dissolves, allowing the practitioner to drop into a profound, trance like flow state.
Karma Yoga: Known as the path of selfless action, this discipline involves performing your everyday duties with absolute dedication but zero attachment to the final results, recognition, or rewards. By transforming ordinary labor into a conscious offering, the practitioner purifies their mind and turns daily life itself into an active meditation.
Pranayama: This is the deliberate, conscious regulation of the breath using specific techniques designed to control the flow of vital energy (prana) throughout the body. Because the breath is intimately linked to the nervous system, mastering these breathing patterns directly pacifies a turbulent mind and creates the physical foundation required for deep meditation.
